The project period was from 1st Jan, 2018 to 31st Dec, 2018. The outcomes of the implementation are summarized as follows paragraph:
1. Supplementary assistance case information integration and management operations
(1) The project has collected the theme and activities of the various supplementary (Subsidy) assistance cases (depending on the issue, type of event, and time course), and built the event calendar.
(2) The plan has been based on the results of information integration, planning to supplement (donate) the case marketing activities theme timelines (such as the activity season, theme day and agenda planning, etc.), and plan the basic graphic materials.
(3) The project completed 41 interviews (recruitment) and 4 cases (4 environmental Education Institution and 37 sessions in the facility), and the opinions of the participants were collected to produce text and video records.
(4) This project has assisted in the administrative support of various supplementary (Subsidy) assistance case status updates and record filing.
(5) The project has assisted in the process and schedule of the various stages of the project (project announcement, application approval, implementation visit, verification and settlement, results evaluation, etc.).
2. Supplementary (Subsidy) assistance case write-off and settlement( 2018)
(1) The project completed the two-time verification operation briefing session on February 6, 2018 and March 14, 2018, and invited the subsidized (donated) assistance units to participate in and produce the verification case to understand the relevant provisions of the write-off and The mode of operation is at least 30 participants per session.
(2) The project has assisted in the execution of the fund write-off of each case, such as the verification of the verification of the certificate, the accounting of the funds, and the production of the verification form.
3. Year's supplementary (Subsidy) assistance case evaluation work(2018)
(1) The project has assisted in the presentation of the presentation format, scoring mechanism, and review and presentation format of the results assessment exercise.
(2) The project has assisted in the collection of results reports, results briefings and videos, analyzes the results of various implementations, and proposes summary reports on the overall results performance, topic discussion and suggestion strategies related to supplements (Subsidy).
(3) The plan has completed the consensus meeting and the results presentation meeting on October 31, 2018 and November 13, 2018, respectively, and invited the reviewing committee and the subsidized (donor) to participate in the results presentation meeting.
4. Handling Environmental Education Facilities Sites and Institutions
The project was completed on September 19, 2018, in the second office of the Environmental Protection Agency, and completed one-time research and development meeting. Experts and scholars, environmental education facilities and institutions representatives were invited to participate in the policy orientation and results evaluation of the supplementary Subsidy plan. Reward incentives and other related mechanisms or topics for exchange consultation, the total number of participants is 30.
5. Handling the pre-work of the 2019 annual environmental education facility site and institution supplement (Subsidy)
For the 2019 Annual Environmental Education Facilities Sites and Institutions Supplementary (Subsidy) Programs, the plan will be applied for the qualification review (book review + scoring vote) on November 30, 2018, in December 2018. 7th review meeting (place and committee members participate together).
